Refund & Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility Window
You may return a new, unused Babue carrier in its original, undamaged packaging within five (5) calendar days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, less the original shipping fees.
2. Condition of Return
To qualify for a refund, the carrier must be in "like-new" condition, free from wear, odors, or alterations.
Packaging Requirement:
All original packaging must be included.
Restocking Fees:
If the original packaging is missing or is not in like-new condition, a $10.00 USD packaging fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
3. Shipping & Responsibility
Return Shipping:
The customer is solely responsible for the cost of return shipping to Babue. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Babue is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Original Shipping:
Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
4. International Returns, Duties & Customs
For international orders and returns:
- Customers are responsible for accurately declaring the original purchase price of the item on all customs documentation.
- Returned items must be clearly marked as "Return of Goods."
- Babue is not responsible for duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges incurred due to incorrect, inflated, or inaccurate declared values on return shipments.
- Any customs charges assessed to Babue as a result of the declared value on the return shipment will be deducted from the customer's refund.
We are unable to absorb unexpected import duties or customs fees generated by inaccurate declarations.
To avoid delays or additional charges, we recommend:
- Declaring the original purchase amount.
- Marking the shipment as a return.
- Checking with your local postal carrier if unsure how to complete the customs form.
5. How to Initiate a Return
